Friday, August 27, 2021 — In the aftermath of the horrific tragedy of the collapse of the Champlain Towers South, many South Fla. condominium associations now approaching the 40/50-year recertification process are raising questions about their buildings’ structural and financial health. To help address these growing concerns as thoroughly as possible, several of South Fla.’s largest professional services providers for condominium associations have joined forces to offer condo association directors and members a complimentary 12-part live educational series covering several aspects of the recertification process.
The series is being hosted and presented by South Fla. property management firm Affinity Management, property insurance coverage experts GlobalPro, m2e Consulting Engineers, and the law firm of Siegfried Rivera. Every 1-hour event in the series will feature live discussions and webinars, podcast episodes, educational blogs, presentations and additional supporting materials from attorneys, engineers, insurance professionals and property managers.
