The Broward County Condo & HOA Expo is a FREE annual networking and educational event for community association managers, board members, board presidents, active HOA members, and industry professionals.

For one day only, The Signature Grand hosted some of the top housing and property management experts in the country as well as the industry’s leading suppliers and vendors.

This year, m2e Consulting Engineers was invited to deliver a presentation alongside the law firm of Siegfried Rivera regarding the history and basics of the 40 Year & Older Building Safety Program, which is now in effect in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. The seminar focused on the importance and benefits of the program as well as details outlining how condo associations and property managers can prepare for and schedule their recertification.
